I have been part of Elite Gymnastics since I was 4 years old, training there all the way through to 16, so it has always been a huge part of my life. During this time I competed in both Catleaps and GFA competitions, reaching Level 9. Through years of training, I developed strong discipline, resilience, and a real love for the sport. I am now a Level 1 qualified coach and I really enjoy coaching because gymnastics has given me so much, and I want to inspire the next generation to grow in confidence, build their skills, and enjoy the sport just as much as I always have.
